"The room was surprisingly clean and nice. Only reason I gave it a 4 was because there was some guys hanging around the property and I had to let the front desk know that wasn’t acceptable, but the staff removed them and it was a peaceful night. Out Tv didn’t work, staff came and fixed it. "

"The room we had was nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but the hotel itself could use some updates, and during our stay only one elevator was working and it was having problems where it kept getting stuck on the lobby. That was a little concerning. "

"I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was awesome EVERYDAY as well as the chefs and prep team! Front Desk staff were Super! The cleaning staff was very attentive! Please please stay here! "This is our first time at this resort hotel and so happy we chose to stay here. My husband and I loved the bed and the pillows. The room is very clean, spacious and has nice high ceiling. It is close to Busch Gardens which is just 20 minutes away and half a hour to the beach. We rate this10/10 and we will definitely stay here again. "
