"The safety latch on my room door was broken. The staff was very helpful and found a different room for me and got a cart and offered to help. The new room had a dried coffee spill near the fridge and the body wash in the shower was empty or broken- minor inconvenience. Overall a nice stay at a great price."

"Our room smelled like mold, likely because there was a lot of rotting and what looked like mold in the bathroom. The carpets themselves needed to be replaced as they had a musty smell likely from too much moisture or spills. This hotel really needs a lot of work to make it feel inviting. Any fixes that were implemented in our room looked like bad work, with sink faucets being very strangely set up, lots of random cracks and peeling paint throughout as well. I would not recommend anyone staying...

"I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...

"I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!"

"The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

"So, we have been going to the Claremont Motor Lodge for several years now. We really like the location as it's quite close to Weathersfield, VT. The rooms are clean, but somewhat small. Privacy during the warmer months can be challenging due to your motor lodge neighbors sitting out in front near your room. Management just began having free coffee in the lobby from 7-9am. Wish that it could be 6 or 6:30 am since we are early risers. All in all, a comfortable stay for the price."

"There is not a front desk staff. Everything is through email/phone. Once they process cc you will receive your room number and code to get into the room. It was a very nice clean inn. Definitely a great spot for a family."
