"We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed to accommodate all my family members. The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine, so we just put the couch cushions on the floor as a makeshift bed. I told the desk clerk about it at checkout, who took my info and said he would have some reach out to me to make it right. This was a week ago and nobody has contacted me yet. The continental breakfast was also quite lackluster compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. It also hardly had that was...

"The rooms and bedsheets were not clean enough. The breakfast timings were 9 am but they finished it at around 8:30 and closed the kitchen."

"Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot."

"We arrived later in the evening and just needed a quick rest before continuing our trip. Discovered mold spots on the mattress protector in the morning when I was picking up something I dropped. The handicap accessible bathroom was nice though, plenty of space."

"The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, hot, and well maintained. We did not have a problem with parking. Overall, a very good hotel at an excellent price."
