"Chambre classique d’un hôtel bb hôtel. En ce qui concerne le personnel, la personne au téléphone que j’ai eu pour faire mon checking très sympathique. Par contre ce qui était regrettable, c’était de ne voir personne à mon départ. "

The most amazing was the staff, Maury and Hary were the most friendly, helpful and amicable front desk staff I have even encounter and we traveled a lot, they both went above and beyond, and we learned how talented they were speaking French, English and Spanish, wow, to have someone trilingual I mean is gold! Give this hotel a try and you will not be disappointed! ❤️🏨🏨"

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre court séjour au Clos du Jas, nous aimons tous les deux trouver des petits lieux charmants comme celui-ci et n'avons pas été déçus. Toutes les instructions et informations dont nous avons besoin lors de notre arrivée sont très bien expliquées et permettent d'arriver même tard dans la nuit, ce qui était appréciable. Merci à Nicole pour son accueil très charmant et son très bon petit-déjeuner :)"

"We had a really lovely stay. The hotel staff were very lovely, particularly Martin, Michael and the lovely lady at the pool bar. The facilities were excellent, loved our room with balcony and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was great and not over crowded. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip so far. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!"

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Large comfortable lobby and sleeping room. The very best location for shopping and dining. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was there during the worst heatwave but was very comfortable in air conditioned rooms."

"A clean comfortable hotel walking distance to all. It was quiet and well maintained. The pillows were terrible but otherwise the room was comfortable and clean."

"The place has a hostel feel to it. The entryway and garden are dirty but the room itself was clean. The communication with management was slow but when they did respond they were very accommodating. The room was a good size, the place was quiet and in a convenient location. All in all, I’d say it’s not bad for a short stay."

"This was an excellent choice for a 1-night stay in Aix en Provence. Great location. Public parking garage within steps of the hotel. Very utilitarian without charm, HOWEVER large unit, well appointed, excellent air conditioning, very good price. It also would have been nice for there to be someone to carry up the luggage as there are many stairs up to the unit."

"The bathroom was designed well and spacious. The room was small and a bit crowded but we made it work. The free welcome drinks in the mini-bar were appreciated during the heat. Location was great."

"Good hotel. Tbh except some leaves in the pool, no possiblity to open the windows and some old parts in the hotel it was a 5/5. But that almost all staff had problem speaking even basic English is just a no go for a Hilton hotel imo! Also the French way of chatting with people for many minutes while other guest are waiting in line is just so rude? Overall nice hotel, great food but the French bad English and let's call it attitude, made it funny tbh. So - 1star for that. Heck the only staff...
