Dirty towels laying in hallway. Our room was wide open when we got there. NO SOAP- went to front desk and they were out of soap. No toiletries-shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. The only linens were two bath towels-no hand or face cloths-had to ask for them. Coffee maker in room but no cups. ...
