"The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. Fortunately for me I had my receipt from Expedia and this was used to sort out the discrepancy, resulting in no additional cost to me. Point to note, ensure you have proof...

"The room was great, exceptional view. The only thing that was a little off-putting was having to ask for towels. There were no face towels or wash cloths. The breakfast was good and all except for the last staff member we encountered on the day before we left was very pleasant and helpful. All in all we had a very wonderful stay and have been recommending this hotel as a must anytime in Tobago."

Although I did not meet anyone in person, communication was prompt and effective throughout. "My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"The property is aging - the main pool remained closed during our stay. There were no working ice machines - If you run the hot water it starts to come out brown. The patio furniture is broken and outdated and parts of the structure itself was falling apart. I would not recommend staying here at this price point."
