Breakfast was good daily with a nice variety. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool. My only issue was the maintenance of the pool side furniture and cabanas.

Friendly staff. Good service. The AC in my room was a bit noisy though. The door didn’t lock on its own, had to be deliberately closed.

The stay at this hotel was mixed. The wait for our room was pretty long. I'm used to staying at the comfort inn in other parts of the world and the service is always efficient but in this case we waited like 2 plus hours for the room. Then their was a leak from the air conditioning and there was water all over the floor. I asked the front desk for a discount because of the inconvenience I was told no discount. On the flip side the shuttle service to the beach and the airport was efficient. The complementary breakfast was good as well. The leak was fixed and the overall stay in the end was good
