"Room was missing lamp shades, fan cover, toilet paper holder, and we were provided 1 towel… that I could see dark stands of hair on before I even touched it. The “pool” was broken all four days, and was the primary reason we chose this motel. Staff was uncaring and unhelpful and said they couldn’t do anything since it was booked through a third party."

"Very clean and new carpet throughout the hotel. Room was excellent and again appeared to have new carpet. Kitchen had everything you need. Breakfast was better than most free breakfast set ups. Pool and gym were nice. Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff didn’t match the quality of your hotel. Young and dumb. Greet your guests with a welcoming smile and acknowledge them every time they walk by regardless. Goes along way. The woman tending the bar however was...

"Had a great time. Went for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was nice to be able to walk across to Empower and not deal with traffic etc. The 2nd floor terrace was awesome to sit, relax and people watch. Would stay here again."

"Beautiful clean rooms! Nice area, close to everything you're going to need. Although I wouldn't recommend walking back from the stadium it's quite far up hill, at least a mile and a half. Don't forget to ask for your free beer on the beer wall at check-in!!"

"Hotel is in a great location super close to Ball Arena for events and concerts! Room was spacious and well appointed. The real prize for this hotel though has to go to the front desk. The two people that assisted in check in and in responding to our questions were fantastic! The breakfast was exceptional also. The only surprise we experienced was in not having room cleaning done each day - it may have been an oversight and we didnt make a big fuss anyway"

"The room was clean, but you have to ask the staff to have it cleaned and despite being there four days it was never cleaned while I was in it. The coffee maker was on the fritz about half the time."

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"Hotel looked beautiful but the elevators were out most of Saturday and part of Sunday. Took 40 minutes to exit room via the service elevator that stops at every floor up and down and having to wait for space to be available on this one small elevator. "

"When we made the reservation it said there was valet parking and when we got there we found out that had been discontinued. We weren’t told that you had to use your room key to operate the elevators, and we were on the 20th floor and only two elevators would take you to the parking garage. If the other elevators came up you had to wait until someone else used it bed you could try again for the elevators that went to the parking garage because the other doors would open and not call for another...
