"Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. We visited with our 1 year old and dog and had a smooth stay. The rooms were quite warm with the aircon setting not going below 20 but everything else was spot on. "
"Nice property, good location. Easy and free parking. Room was VERY small though and not a lot of room to get around the bed, especially as we had 2 suitcases, there was nowhere to put anything. Friendly staff though"

"Wow what a place. The hotel wonderful. The staff are welcoming and so polite. Our room was so spacious and clean. There is an indoor pool which was very welcome but very popular with guests. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Colmar is stunning. So much to see. We loved Little Venice. "
"Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people. "
"Lovely modern styling in a collection of ancient buildings. Very attentive staff who speak good English.
Limited parking so may well have to drop luggage and park elsewhere.
Hotel is right in the little Venice area surrounded by medieval streets and great restaurants."
"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "
"Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients.
Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress.
Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in."
