"Wow, we booked as a last minute staycation (about 40 miles from our home). Just wanted a quick getaway and can’t say how impressed we are with the property. Access to the park is excellent. Shopping is 50 yards from our room. We really enjoyed the Brewpub on property. Super quiet and the grounds are amazing, beautiful and pristine. Virgin River is a 50 yard walk from room. Couldn’t be happier with our choice."

"The Novel House is truly amazing. As you checked in, there was lemonade and cookies for us in the dining room. The view of Zion National Park surrounded the house. The room was immaculate. After hiking at Zion that day, the Novel House was a five minute drive. I would highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit the area."

The shuttle system is wonderful! Clean, friendly knowledgeable drivers; they run on time and are great for navigating Springdale and Zion."
