"The check in experience was absolutely horrible to say the least. I've never had to wait for over an hour and a half to check in to a room before in my life because the room "was not ready". We asked for early check in which is between 2-4pm and asked to be on the same floor. "Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)"
