"This was our first time at the hotel and Indianapolis. What more can I say about the Westin! This was a beautiful hotel and the staff does everything to make you feel like you're the only one in the hotel, even though there was a wedding and a conference going on. "Overall we had a great stay! About the only complaints were: the room didn't have the AC on when we got there, so it was 82° and the tile by the door was slippery from humidity. Once we turned the air on and used a towel on the floor, everything was fine. Also, there want a working fan in the bathroom, so it got very steamy when showering. The proprietors were helpful and friendly, free breakfast was fresh and decent, and it was conveniently located with free parking."

"It’s very clean very nice place. The owners when you’re checking in are very nice. Very understanding. You can call them in the office. They will answer any issues you think you may have or need. This is my second stay and I have yet to been disappointed. I look forward to going back again"
