"Excellent stay in well appointed tooms in Montagne. If you're there on Fridays, the restaurant does a themed set menu followed by a classic film upstairs. "Property was unique and just what we were looking for - a quiet and secluded location after a grueling flight from the USA. One needs the comfort and quiet in order to try to recover some lost sleep/jet lag. The chateau offers the additional benefit of producing some amazing wines at very reasonable prices. My son, the connoisseur, approved of Chateau Lussac 2016. "

"We had a view of the city and the window. All the staff were awesome. Amazing location. No fridge but they chilled out wine for us. You can pay for Parking or just find it on the outside and walk in. If you like to get an early start get breakfast at the hotel as nothing opens before 10 in town."

"Creaking floor in an attic room wasn’t great. Nice view from the window, if you were very small. Tricky staircase to deal with and very low ceilings in corridor. Looked like a fabulous room was unoccupied on ground floor but we weren’t offered it (even for a price) Hostess nice and helpful but no English. Continental breakfast was nice. Great location"
