"We had a very nice stay. The front desk staff, especially Anthony, was very helpful and kind. The pool is beautiful and right on the lake. (There is not a fence between the pool deck and the lake, so young kids will need to be supervised.) The property is older yet well maintained and quite charming. We would definitely stay again."

"This property is not up to date on decor. Observed rooms being cleaned when we checked in, Hallway to rooms had not been vacuumed and remained that way during our stay. Couch in room soiled and vent over sink had not been cleaned for a long time. Bed was poorly made. Evening reception was sparse and not explained. What snacks available were past and had obvious spoilage. Parking in lot was $17 and not disclosed when making reservations. Lastly there were 4 to 5 fire trucks that arrived...

"No fitness center. Our door to our room had a huge gap between the door and floor. We had to shove a towel in between the space to cover it. The location of the hotel is in a relatively busy part of town. If you want to come in or out of the parking lot you have to do a circle in the neighboring shopping centers parking lot. Staff were helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again. It didn’t feel very safe."
