Had to be moved to another room, when we arrived do to the room being dirty. Upon getting into the second room, we notice that it was dirty as well. There was trash behind the beds and dried up pee on the towel.
The Manger had to come up to change the bedding because it had hair in the bed and stains on the sheets. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was suppose to be cleaned every other day as indicated, but came back from a long day being out and room had not been cleaned. Contacted the Manger on duty and she indicated the they were short staffed, so the room couldn’t be cleaned. We then asked for towels and was denied because she indicated they didn’t have any clean towels on the property. She didn’t have any resolution to the problem. I had to suggest getting that she go to an empty room so me and my family could have clean towels for the night. It’s just ridiculous to be in an hotel for 3 nights and there was no room service or solutions to any problem.
The next day we were told to follow up with Roy, General Manger on Monday. The staff are not able to solve problems themselves or following up with Manger during our stay.
