"Bugs everywhere the bed had hair on it the pillows are small. Parking is so small and lady comes 15 min prior to checking out. Come at check out time not 15 prior that’s just rude"

"This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏"

"ZERO STARS!!! if I could put zero starts I would, Somone tried breaking into my room at 4am! Room was dirty! The ceiling from the bathroom was leaking and the floor was flooded, I called the front desk for help and THEY DIDNT CARE! THEY NEVER CAME! the room stinked like cigarettes! And the people staying next door to me were fighting and yelling all night!"

"The property was dilapidated. The bed had stains and unknown substances all over the mattresses and the mattress covers. The beds had bed bugs in them, the sink had bugs in them. The linen was covered in dark brown stains with hair and unknown substances all over the linen. The floor was covered with powdery substances that were unknown, the tables had dark stains coffee ring stains and unknown substances all over the table tops. The locks were partially broken. "The room was clean. Not a great area. It smells like California or Colorado in the surrounding area. A lot of homeless people on the streets nearby. Our room was on the street and was surprisingly quieter than expected. It was fine for our use, we got there at 9 at night and left at 7 in the morning. It is not far from CSULB. The bathtub/shower combination was small and there are no handrails if you have mobility issues. Water was hot. Also, there were no hangers if you were hanging your...

"Stayed solo here, there were some hairs on the pillows and in the towels but it was pretty clean. Beds were comfy and the ac worked good, but there are some homeless people that stay around the area. Good hotel for solo travelers if you’re not picky. Parking situation isn’t the best though"

"We did not check into this motel because the area around the motel looked very unsafe to us. We have stayed in some very low rate hotels/motels in the past, but this one scared us. We did not even stop. It is my belief that the pictures of the room that I saw on Expedia did not truly reflect what the room would have actually looked like."
