Caesars Windsor Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great, but because of the size and having two separate towers, there is a lot of moving around from checkin to parking to actually getting into your room."
Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel
8/10 Good
"Clean rooms Suggest microwave, parking is far. Reception is very helpful and nice"
DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel & Suites
8/10 Good
"The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and most attractions were within walking distance. My only disappointment was the parking experience. I hadn’t realized parking cost extra, and the directions led to a frustrating back-and-forth. A staff member insisted there was no parking structure with a DoubleTree sign, then described the exact structure displaying that sign. I didn’t appreciate the argumentative exchange. Clearer parking information and a more courteous response would have made an otherwise enjoyable stay much better."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Windsor East - Lakeshore by IHG

"I have to save the building operator really excellent person very accommodating Great communication with the customers. Front desk stuff was very good too as well maintenance or on-call cleaning person lacking a professional latitude, came in very sick really didn’t have any explanation as to why the refrigerator wasn’t working to max or the sound of the air conditioner was very loud. Perhaps she should’ve got better before she came back to work. She could’ve potentially gotten people to sick regardless if she was feeling better or not .. She sounded awful. Her wheeze was really bad andthere’s people with low immunity like myself that has cancer that could’ve been very bad for me….Outside of that, front counter service great , again the building operator second to none very nice young man very professional. The place was very clean. I would highly recommend people to stay there. I don’t use the amenities such as pools I don’t do breakfast and I don’t do the weight rooms so they got a low score because I won’t use them appreciate them, but I won’t use them."
