"Rien à dire sur l'hôtel et sur ses équipements. La propreté est aussi exceptionnelle. Par contre, lorsqu'ils de notre bref passage, il y avait des tonnes d'équipes de baseball. La majorité des gens se comportaient très bien et l'ambiance était agréable. Par contre, pour d'autres, c’était une vraie fête. On a du demander de l'aide à la réception pour arriver à dormir. Dommage que les gens soient si peu respectueux."

"We are a traveller of four, our stay was good. We spent most of our time out so when we get back we had a good rest. As for breakfast, I hope they would have a better selection like scramble or boiled egg or a waffle perhaps not just bread, bagel and fruit and cereal. "Expedia had this hotel listed under Windsor, CA and so we booked it thinking that it was in California. Approximately 20 minutes after booking the hotel and realizing that it was in Canada we contacted Expedia to cancel the reservation. The hotel denied the request and charged us the full hotel price and we never even checked in. Ridiculous and terrible customer service."

"Room was partially renovated, but could benefit from a bit more finishing work."

"The rooms were led dirty, with garbage on the floor, paint was peeling and water damage was prevalent all throughout the room. Amenities barely worked, if you used literally anything at the same time as the microwave, the breaker would trip and you’d lose power. The staff were rude and unhelpful, if you want more than one towel, you won’t get it."
