"When booking with this hotel make sure that breakfast is included in the fee for the room. Otherwise you will be paying 15 pounds for every meal. Also, the outlets are not the normal to outlets that you would see in modern hotels. Make sure to get a three prom to change your electronics. The Wi-Fi is not that get. "

"The first room we were allocated looked as though the beds had been sat on, so we asked for a different room, and that one was fine. Soap and shower gel were the only toiletries provided and meagre amounts of tea and coffee were in the room. More was given on request and plant based milk too, which was great. We didn't eat at the hotel because as a vegan and a vegetarian, suitable food choices were limited, plus the information we were given was that, because we were staying out of season some...

"The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing."

"Warm welcome. Single room compact. Shower was amazing, best ever. Room decor could be spruced up. Honesty Bar. Evening Dinner was delicious but slightly expensive. Breakfast cooked to order for 0700hrs. Great coffee and breakfast highly recommended. "

"The bedroom is clean, sheets and mattress are comfy. The bathroom was dirty, there were fake tan marks on the walls and shower curtain. There was black hairs on the bath when I arrived. The shower has been installed too low, to the point an average sized person would need to crouch down to wash their hair. The shower head was also broken and didnt hold the position. "

"The woman sitting at a tiny table with a laptop got every room mixed up, I ended up in a family room with my sibling, my 2 elderly great aunts were put in a double and my great uncle ended up in a single room which was in the attic, she had no idea and obviously gave the rooms to all the wrong people despite me showing her my booking! The whole place smelt damp and was dirty throughout, the beds were disgusting as was everything else, couldn't wait to get out of that horrible old rundown awful...

"I was worried about taking a single room but actually it was a decent size with everything I needed such as iron and hair dryer. The (very small) bathroom had great water pressure and hot water throughout my stay. Front desk were super friendly and helped organise taxis etc for me. The hotel has ample parking and is in a quiet location. I’d never considered staying there before but I’m very likely to choose it again. I think they could make a few investments here and there which could really...
