"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down."

"Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required. When I questioned this, the receptionist became very short with me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and overall was very unpleasant to deal with. "We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level
Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use
We won't be back it was not cheap for us and the experience for us was very dissapointing.
I have an auto immune condition and are currently on tablet form chemotherapy and the black mould can trigger a serious health flair for me as I have a...

"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty.
Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some .
Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant .
Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels .
I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"
