"We had an oceanfront room 432. Our balcony was nice and did overlook the beach. A couple palm trees in our view but we still could see for the most part. Our room was nice. They cleaned it everyday. We loved that we got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella supplied to us. The restaurant there was the only thing we were not impressed by. It was way overpriced and service was terrible. We went to The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar at the Palm Beach Shores Resort and that was excellent in every way. Just 10 minutes up the street."

"The hotel looks new, with excellent facilities, including laundry, but it needs a little more organization. The service at the front desk was very good. I hope that next time they will be a bit more organized."

"There is not staff at the Jaxon. You sign in on-line and get a room code to access your room. They do monitor the parking lot as I upgraded to a reserved spot and received a text at 10:45 pm to ask about my vehicle. My room was very small, on the side of the hotel with one small window and no light. The bathroom barely had room to turn around. But the kitchen was very nice. The beds are comfy and the towels are very nice. Plenty of plugs near (and in) the bed for charging phone, watch, computer and other items. But I was only there for work for two nights and it was fine. My co-worker had a larger room which was much nicer. I had a little time one morning and walked around the area. Not too much in terms of shops, but otherwise very cute side streets."
