And another charge appearing on my credit card almost two weeks after I had checked out. And all of that for a room that didn't have a window through which you could see the outside and wasn't subject to daily cleaning or the replacement of toiletries."

"The bedding was clean, but the rest of the room and bathroom were in poor condition. The refridgerator was difficult to open and wood of the cabinet that housed the fridge was old and worn. In the bathroom, there was a section of the wall, approximately 8 inches in diameter that was completely missing. There were also dark brown stains splattered on the ceiling and light fixture above the sink, and the paint behind the faucet was peeling."
