"The staff was wonderful!! We showed up late, but I had called ahead of time and they were nice enough to leave our room key where it was easy to access, and they even left the light on in the room for us. The room was clean and cozy, and the lake is beautiful!!! We were only there for a quick overnight, but I would love to go back and spend some time at the lodge and in the area. This was perfect for us, and definetely better than a run of the mill hotel room. "

"This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again "
