"Perfect location to Allstate Arena and restaurants. Room and facilities were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Free coffee in the lobby available 24 hrs was a nice touch. "

"The airport shuttle was wonderful. We had a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately housekeeping woke us up by knocking and opening the door at 8:15. With our time change that was 5:15am and we were NOT ready to wake up. When I shared my frustration with the front desk I felt dismissed. Bummer."

"What a gem! You don't expect at an airport hotel, but this one is amazing. Beautiful hotel with big modern rooms. Quiet place and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with many healthy options. A bonus is Ostras, the restaurant. Great drinks, food, and service. Don't order in, have a night out!"

"Pros: the staff was nice, walking distance to Allstate Arena and great shopping and restaurants, price was decent compared to other hotels in the area. Cons: dirty! I actually had to clean urine off the toilet seat before we could use it. There was a suspicious dried puddle in front of toilet as well and bowl had clearly not been cleaned. Bathroom counter disgusting. White cabinets in kitchen area and all doors very dirty. No dishes at all in kitchen area. Only one bar of soap in bathroom -...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The free breakfast was great and had a lot of hot options. The complimentary airport shuttle ran every 20-30 minutes and the drivers were very friendly. Several food options within walking distance and a bus stop close by to take you to the blue line. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
