"We got a free shuttle to pick us up from O'Hare and then got a return trip on Monday to fly home. On time. Great drivers. Very helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Clean and spacious room. Lots of amenities. We could live there."

"Hotel was quite expensive. Had to pay for breakfast. Had to pay for parking. Absoulty ridiculous. I noticed gaps under a lot of doors which is weird. Had to go on a mad hunt for ice. Of course the hot tub was closed. Staff was ok. Everything was clean"

"We had a very nice room and clean bathroom. The only suggestion I would have is for two people for two nights I would have liked to have had 4 towels in the bathroom instead of 3. Have a blessed day."

The parking was extremely expensive, located far from the hotel on a dirt lot, and felt somewhat unsafe—both for the car and for me as a woman—since it was situated so far away on a property currently under construction, with no cameras and no security. I would definitely never return here."

"My husband and I stayed one night here so we could attend a concert at the Allstate Arena. The women’s restroom on the first floor of the lobby area was out of order and the breakfast was good. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work at all so we couldn’t get ice for our room. We would stay again if we had too."

"hallway smelss like smoke/weed Room flor was sticky and fron desk didnt want to provide with extra towel, also no shampoo had to go to front desk and get it. Avoid this place , "

"The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of upgrading. Room wasn't clean and had an awful smell (almost like cat urine) even after we opened windows to air out. Nobody at the front desk overnight so I hope you don't need anything."
