"we have stayed here many times. not sure if this was a 1 time off scenario, we noticed the carpets in the hall on need to be vacuumed better or just replaced with flooring, we had to ask repeatedly for soap since the bottles in our shower were empty. For whatever reason the AC wasn't working and it took 2 days to fix, The house keeping for our room wasn't the best, in past stays we have had better. Food was good, pool is great especially for littles. Not sure why but the fire alarm went off at...

"The stay was worth it for the money. Very clean Staff was wonderful. Upon check in, we encountered a technological glitch with the computer which negatively effected our card payments for my daughter, god daughter, and I.. We ended up with multiple charges. Staff remedied that abd made sure our accounts were rectified. I blame it on the rapid storm .Beside that, I definitely will do it all over again."

"Overall, the stay was good, but there are several areas that need improvement. It should be made clear that breakfast is not included. The brunch offered is not worth the price, as there is not enough variety. The arcade room needs to be larger so that children can truly enjoy it. The variety of pools is a positive aspect, but the distances between them are too long. Since many employees were constantly driving golf carts around the property, they could have offered shuttle rides to guests....

"My first impression is everything but The landscaping was horrible. Bushes and weeds growing up to the windows, grass was not maintained. When u walked into the building it's dark and gloomy. After being check into the room and unpack 1wk worth of belongings- i turn the shower on waiting for the water to get not-water NEVER GOT HOT- NEVER EVEN GOT WARM. I didn't tell the staff because I didn't wanna pack all my things back up and move to another room. So I bird bath my entire stay. Fridge...

"This trip was our third time visiting. Love the location and it is very peaceful here."

"The 2bd Villa was spacious and came with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were a little firm but nothing unbearable. We were super excited about the pool but we had experienced a midday severe storm (typical FL) & had to wait it out. By the time the pool re-opened, the water was super warm but had lots of mulch and leaves but that didn’t bother the kids at all. Overall, we had a great time and I definitely look forward to booking here again!"
