"Great hotel in a great location. Bartenders at the bar were absolutely horrible. They gave me a free drink chip when I checked in. Later that night, when I wanted to get a drink (and would have had more than one if the service was even remotely competent), the two women bartenders just simply ignored me and even waited on other younger people who had gotten to the other side of the bar AFTER I was standing there. One Gloria Steinem looking bartender barked at me that she would get to me but never did. It wasn't even like the bar was crowded which I didn't get. This was my first night there too and was the very first place I went for a drink. Every other place in town was friendly AF but I wouldn't go back to the hotel bar if it was 2 for 1. This was the Friday of Labor Day weekend if management sees this. I am 57 year old so not sure if they are trying to only get the 20-30 something crowd. That crossed my mind tbh. Thank God this was the only bad bartender experience while I was there. I was at more crowded places all weekend and no one was as rude as these two ladies."

"Only problem was big. We flew down super excited to attend the Bruno mars concert. I didn’t realize it was outdoors & that’s okay. The problem is without prior warning not being able allowed to be dropped off closer to the venue. Waking in the heat to get to the many ramps and bridge over the street was just the beginning. By the time we got there, through the stadium to our seats my husband was so sick with heat exhaustion. We needed medical. Thankfully, as he was telling me he was going down we had found a wheelchair. Needless to say we missed ever seeing Bruno mars. We spent so much money on tickets, our flight, hotel, having to eat out & getting uber rides. Never got to see the concert. When an event is advertised at a stadium set up like this there should be a disclaimer for older people with health problems. I’ve been wanting to see Bruno mars for 10 yrs. Few thousand dollars wasted for nothing. There should have been a disclaimer Thankfully my husband is resting & will be okay."

"The hotel is clean, comfortable, and amazing. Location is great surrounded by many dinning options. There is a rooftop bar Cane and Barrel that has a great atmosphere and good drinks. The room was perfect, and we had a great sleep every night. Staff was super helpful all around. Parking just so you know the hotel offers valet parking only. There is other parking around the area if you want to deal with walking a few blocks. Will be going back soon.."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Desk staff was very Helpful. Valet guys were awesome. Breakfast was awful. Would stay again but go out for breakfast. Was there for the baseball games and there is a free shuttle 1 1/2 blocks from hotel to and from stadium!"
