"I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special."

"It was a very confusing set up inside. Extremely dark, gloomy and depressing environment. They did do a great job with their happy hour and breakfast. Head of housekeeping was spectacular."

I would have rated 5 stars if I hadn’t have issues with the pillows which we found very uncomfortable. "Stayed here for one night. Paid $300. Got room #632 which had a view of everybody walking by the pool area and the side of another building. It seemed pretty invasive even though there are tints on the windows which prevent people on the outside from seeing in. One of the only few good things about this trip would be Nick with valet, however, his worker who was knew brought my car down from the top floor of the garage, with 0 psi in my tire.. "I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have."

"The room we requested was a smoke free room. The room had a tobacco smell. When we arrived they had a air clarification machine to clean the air. But people smoking in the adjoining room were heavy smokers and it made it way into our room. That's not a smoke free room."
