San Clemente Inn has great amenities including a pool, pickelball/tennis courts, mini golf, grilling area, etc! You could spend all day just enjoying the hotel. It could be a bit cleaner. Marriott's Newport Coast Villas
I almost want to keep this gem a secret but my family had the best week here. We came for Disneyland and enjoyed the hotel pools and nearby beaches way more than our day there.

Capistrano Surfside Inn
Absolutely loved staying here! Our suite was just the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and the view of the beach from our balcony.
