"The room itself is very nice, spacious and comfortable. I have been coming here for about 15 years and stayed many times. I am disappointed that the resort fee which is effectively a stealth tax seems to increase every year. And now they have introduced a parking charge for your car. The resort seems to introduce or increase its stealth fees every time we visit. And what is the resort fee for? When you book the hotel listing confirms free wifi and use if the pool. They then provide a card saying...

"Room was dirty and staff only spoke to us when spoken to. Advertised breakfast but did not have."

"I have no complaints. My stay was fine. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. I didn't like the idea of having to park in the rear, but that is not an issue. I also felt that parking should have been included in the price. I should not have to pay $20 a night for staying on property that I'm paying for."

"We stayed just for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) for a day at Disney. The staff was very helpful. Check in doesn’t take long at all. The room and hotel in general was extremely clean. On day two we asked for more towels and they were delivered within 5 minutes. This was my first time staying at this location and I will be staying again!"

"We stay at this property all the time. The kitchen and all things in the kitchen never really seem clean, including the dishwasher. I usually end up rewashing everything."

"Great location, if maintained, could be rated much higher. The rooms were clean but dated. Curtains had holes in them; carpets were not clean; hot water takes time to get warm & if a lot of people use at same time doesn’t get hot just warm (maybe); gas grills need to be replaced, cannot start with out help or control flame, must be started by staff with fire clicker. Breakfast was good, multiple options. Charge for on-site parking. Located near Sea World, Nautica, Universal Studios, Disney, OC...
