"Lovely hotel on the banks of the lake. Spa including indoor pool, sauna & steam room along with changing facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Only downsides were breakfast was small portions, the veggie sausage was amazing but the veggie bacon not so much. There were many rooms that had been refurbished but ours wasn’t one of them, so the decor was a little dated & the fabric sofa needed a good clean. Nice touches in terms of information about the local area and bottles of water at the bedside. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate making facilities in the room and room service available with a fee per delivery. Thanks for having us!"

"Stayed for one night to break the journey up to Scotland. All staff members were friendly and helpful, excellent dinner and breakfast. First stay and will definitely stay again, although a very brief visit would highly recommend. Room was clean, beds comfortable and good shower. Plenty of space."
