Front desk was not staffed despite my arrival at 3 pm. If you had any issues you had to run down from your room to the pub and the hotel pub staff would help you if they had time, no help would be forthcoming if the bar was closed. Room was VERY small, almost had to back out to turn around. Heat pump would not work, it turns out that there were three heat pumps linked together and they all had to be on the same MOD or the unit would not run. And for this I got to pay expidia a 15 dollar charge. will not stay there again and will be reluctant to use expedia again.

Very relaxing comfortable stay with beautiful scenery. The young woman in the bar checked us in and she was very pleasant and efficient. My crab cakes were forgotten on our dinner delivery and she brought them up to us.
