"Great stay! My only feedback is on the housekeeping procedures and the pillows. King sized beds should have king sized pillows, and should come with both soft and firm options. The pillows provided were lumpy, limp and felt kind of old. As for the housekeeping, a small placard in the bathroom says housekeeping services are offered every other day, which I find a bit stingy- leftover from Covid most likely. If you need your room tended to for basics like trash/towels then you need to notify them...

"Our room was spacious. They didn't have a coffeemaker in the room since the coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The towels were very thin, the toilet paper felt like it was 1-ply. The shower in the room was dripping half of the water via the spout below since the mechanism wasn't working properly. That left us with very low pressure showers on the 4th floor."

"this place is exactly what you would expect for a two star hotel. The floors didn’t seem to be properly mopped so i wore shoes/socks the whole time. the bed sheets had some stains and were a little scratchy likely from wear and tear. The mattress was rock hard, absolutely nothing plush about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs a half way decent mattress to sleep. "We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes...

"Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs."

"Booked room before I read reviews. Was a bit hesitant but had a good experience. Room was quite large and very clean. Comfortable bed and very quiet! Clean hot shower, appreciated the new laminate flooring! Much more sanitary than carpet. Breakfast area was fully stocked - nice strong coffee! Only negative was the hallway carpet could stand to be cleaned."

"I realize they are under new management and trying to renovate. But basic cleanliness was missing. There were fresh linens in our room, but otherwise it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned. Dead bugs and dirt on the floor, the toilet bowl still had things stuck to it from the last guests. No soap, single roll of toilet paper was almost empty, and shower curtain was moldy. Again, I understand renovation messes, but this went beyond that"
