"The first valet, we gave him 5 bucks and said we were just dropping off luggage as we had to return car. He walked away. Then this young man came up and wow, impressive as he ran and grabbed a valet for hotel, explained they are full service and asked if we need help im the morning and told us those assistance services as well. Sold! In that one man alone. Customer service is everything and the other entitled older man, wasnt mean, just didnt help and took the tip he didnt even deserve. Shouldve...

"Great location close to the airport. Stayed here 1 night after arriving back into Orlando around 11:30pm instead of having a couple hour drive after arriving. Lots of options for breakfast including hot food options in addition to normal continental breakfast items"
