I like everything about this property. Second time staying here.
Would be nice if there was coffee/hot tea onsite during the early morning hours.

Well the hotel itself was nice but whioe i was there the front desk was only there until 5pm. They have a number to call if you need to check. I was having an issue so pushed the guest service button on the phone. Was supposed to get a call back and didnt. The hot water kept fluctuating warm to cold while i showered. The hotel and room itself was nice and the check in was really good. Friendly staff just no follow through from guest services
Room was super small but it is an old inn so we understood. Parking was a nightmare due to location. It was quaint and served the purpose for a one nite stay.
Ocean view great location great service great location great staff

Cheryl at desk went out of her way for us. Our room had parking lot view. Newer furniture with comfortable bed and sofa but no table and chairs or closet although there is plenty of room. No bar fridge, microwave or coffee pot. In room a/c very noisy. No elevator. This 73 year old had to carry 43 lb suitcase up and down 3 flights of stairs. Parking $15 daily.
The location so near to Front St. The beautiful mahogany stairway. The comfortable mattress and pillows. The lady at reception was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist. The lady who cleaned the rooms was a very joyful person. The Inn was built in 1938 and is heritage listed so minimal alterations are permitted. I would have liked a few hooks to hang my frocks but that is not possible...yet ! I had a very happy stay .
- Very small room, no space for even a mini bedside table.
- Have to get out of bed to turn the light off in the room
- Nobody on location for check-in
- Complicated informations, given by phone, for the parking lot location and use
I was so disappointed in this hotel. There seems to be potential, but no one really cares. The man at the front desk was rude and impatient while checking me in and never spoke to us again during our stay. The room was small with no amenities (fridge, coffee). The small bed was horribly uncomfortable so we didn’t get much sleep. The window air conditioner went on/off all night with a roar and insufficient cooling. We both had changing cold to barely warm to cold showers in the morning. Luckily we only needed a room for one night. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay here again!
Convenient location, handy electronics key,
excellent front desk clerk (Kevin).
The room was very small, no closet or drawers or place to hang clothing. No clock or bedside tables. Poor lighting to read by.
Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for water

Historic Inn
It was a beautiful historic hotel conveniently located to everything in historic Lahaina. It does need some care. We had an electrical outlet just hanging in our bathroom. Our wonderful desk clerk, I believe her name was Cheryl, took our parking fee off our bill due to the inconvenience. I would stay there again, but upgrade to a bigger room.
This hotel is very quaint and the rooms are small. I'm not sure I would want to spend an extended stay here but it's great for a short stay. Location in town is a feature.
The hotel is trying to keep the historic feel and they’re doing a good job with that, some updates, but don’t expect modern. All rooms are upstairs and the parking is a block or so away. This didn’t bother us, but be aware. The room was so very small, but clean. If you’re tall or large, tell them, they do have bigger beds in some rooms. We were in a double bed which made for a rough night for us. But if you want it for short term, which we did, it’s fine. The location is great for downtown shopping and restaurants. The staff was my favorite part of the stay, so friendly and efficient.
