"Amazing staff and location! Went on a family trip with cousins and extended in laws and stayed here solo. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. "Excellent location Good size rooms Excellent food )dinner) at their restaurant Some staff at the reception were not so helpful (deadline for ordering takeout breakfast was 8 pm, we got back at 9 pm the receptionist said, you are too late for ordering breakfast. I said, OK tomorrow morning please put a couple of fruits for us to have AFTER we get from our early morning tour. She said NO! I said, but the buffet will be there, just put a couple of things in a bag for us…she refused….!!!!) No tea making facilities in the rooms No one to help with suitcases We emailed them in advance and they arranged shared airport transfers, all on time."

"We had an amazing experience. Our apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and with all amenities. But most importantly, the owner was very accommodating, informative and genuinely kind. She waited for us when our flight got delayed and we checked in at 2am. We were then able to modify our stay of 5 nights, when I decided to change our itinerary after we already arrived (due to weather). She also helped us booking a last minute taxi back to the airport. If/when we return to San Pedro, we will definitely try to book a stay here."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."

"The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. When we checked in, they warmly introduced us to everything in the lodge and showed us the shared facilities. The pool area, courtyard, and both the outdoor and indoor decorations were very cozy and charming. At night, you can even take beautiful photos of the starry sky from the courtyard. As for the room, the good points were that it was well equipped, had plenty of shelves and storage space for our things, and was cleaned every day. The main downside was that there was no air conditioning or heating, so it could get a little cold at night in winter. I would recommend bringing warm clothes if you visit during the colder season. Also, since we stayed in winter, the hot water for showering was not always very stable. We barely speak Spanish, but the owners still made a real effort to communicate with us using a translator. On the day we left, we ran into some trouble, and even though we had already checked out, they still tried their best to help us. We were really touched by their kindness. The owners are truly a wonderful couple."

"The hotel is a very nice eco friendly hotel indeed with quite nice amenities. The hotel at times is hard to find given the roads that lead into it aren’t easy to navigate. The staff at times aren’t there at reception but overall quite a good stay indeed for the price and note that the area around the property has no shops so you have to ensure u have a car. The property also has cats and dogs on property which for animal lovers like us is really nice experience too interacting with them."
