"great staff, nice hotel"

"Everything was wonderful. Beautifully curated property, with very friendly and helpful staff. My family of 7 really enjoyed our time."

"My fiancée and I really can’t say enough about this entire place. The staff was amazing during our entire trip! From meeting Ana and Claudio upon our arrival to meeting the chef and his amazing kitchen and service staff (with a special shoutout to Naomi) to seeing the llamas every night at dinner…the entire experience was MAGICAL!"

"Very accommodating staff, packed breakfast for early starts, 20 min walk into the town and a rooftop terrace"

"A very good service, friendly, well-maintained, and very good food."

"Ok, it’s not The Hilton. But it is secluded and private. Yes, you will have a bit of a drive to get to town, walking is out of the question. Don’t expect fluffy white towels and a stocked fridge. Not even a cooler. Yes, the dogs will probably bark at you, a lot. But they are quite harmless. If you keep your expectations low, you will be satisfied. In my unit out back there was a view of the Volcano, peace and quiet. ( I like that part). Ok, the power went off 3 times and the water shut off...

"Desastre total, todo sucio inodoro sucio con restos de orina y materia fecal, ducha con pelos, no había agua caliente para bañarnos, sin calefacción habíamos reservado por tres noches y nos tuvimos que ir a la mañana siguiente y no nos devuelven el dinero, hemos hecho el reclamo a Expedia y todavía estamos esperando el reembolso."
