"The staff were very friendly and property well-maintained. The rooms were a bit outdated in the Bietsch tower, and the bed was not comfortable. But overall, I would return."

"Staff were lovely. We arrived early and were able to easily check our bags. The view from our room was amazing. A simple breakfast was served on the terrace…another beautiful view. The hotel needs a little tlc, but we feel we got a great value for our $$$ We walked to nearby beaches and restaurants and saw turtles and manatees in the bay next to the hotel."

"The room was clean and the staff was super. However, beware of the price. We paid in full ahead of time for our 2 night stay only to arrive and receive a bill for $75 for some kind of service fee. I understand that this fee increases as the number of nights increase. This was not expected and unfortunately, they were not able to do anything to make it go away. Also, don't be fooled, the beach is not right there. You will walk a bit, cross a street and walk a bit more before you reach sand and then you will walk a great deal more to reach the beach area for the hotel. Had I known I would have paid more and still not had easy beach access, I would have stayed elsewhere."
