"The food was very good. The tent was very hot during the afternoon hrs, but then again it is summer! I was disappointed at the depature to my VIP experience to Bahia de las aguilas. I believe they overbooked and did not have enough staff to provide the VIP service. My buffet arrived late, I had to share the boat with other guests. The captain never picked us up from the beach so I had to ask another captain to drop off us off back to the hotel. Other than this incident I recommend the glamping experience."

"Excellent place from front to back. Will return with more family. WiFi in Tronco 1 needs fixing, dinner could be a bit better but breakfast, facilities and location were 5/5."

"Me encantó el hotel, la ubicación es de fácil acceso, y lo que más me gustó fue la habitación asignada con su propia piscina. El desayuno fue excelente y lo preparan al momento. Me gustó mucho que el hotel tiene la playa a metros y es muy fascinante. Las atenciones son muy buenas y muy amables con el servicio. El hotel es excelente para ir en familia y en pareja . Recomendado 100 por ciento"
