"We really liked this hotel. Me and my 3 friends stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to Lagoa we would all come back to this hotel! Staff was pretty nice."

Vincenza est une hôte très accueillante. -La chambre est grande, bien agencée, il y a la Clim, la literie est une bonne literie. -l’espace petit-déjeuner est EXCELLENT ! "The room was clean on the first floor very noisy outside till the wee hours of the morning. The toilet had a hard time shutting off, the shower nozzle was broken. The soap was not filled for 3 days .. generally not the best for people who are not partying all night. The breakfast was decent but the people working in the breakfast area were fantastic the front desk was excellent … kudos for their staff !!!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here, that we extended our stay an extra two days. We traveled as two adults with a baby and the hotel was very family friendly. They had a crib placed in our room and the restaurant had high chairs. There being a very shallow kiddy pool and pools toys were an added bonus. We loved the location, it was very central, but definitely need a car to get around."

"Très bon hôtel qui propose des chambres et des salles de bain spacieuses. Points positifs : deux parkings gratuits, une grande piscine et un restaurant sont mis à la disposition des clients. Le personnel est très serviable et peut parler français. Enfin, la pression de la douche est un réel confort. Points négatifs : beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre, une image de télévision avec de la neige et un petit déjeuner buffet (moyennant 10€) qui mérite d'être un peu plus étoffé."

"This hotel is incredible. We didn't mind at all that it wasn't renovated. It was part of the charm. It was very clean. The breakfast was good, the staff was so nice. The pool is outstanding. The staff kindly gave us a balcony room on the end on the first floor which was sooo lovely. However, the only thing that would make me rethink staying here are the beds. They are hard. I read this before staying and thought it was an exaggeration. However, it is not. Also, the AC was loud at higher...
