"Great location just two blocks from Plaza de Armas. Nice hotel with many different type of rooms (we received an upgrade as the basic room does not have windows to outside). Check in was too long and confusing."

"We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs. "

She not only takes care of the room but make sure you enjoy around the area with practical information from where to eat to where to go for tours! The place is quiet and conveniently close to major places within walking distance. I will love to comeback! "

"String Odor/smell that they were trying mask with a deodorizer. Smell was of mold and sewage. Particularly around the elevator and to some extent on the floors. Staff was pleasant but not really helpful. Attached restaurant and bar staff were not interested in taking orders for food or drink. Do not count on a 6:30 am breakfast, coffee was there but not much else."
