"Family of 5 here. We needed somewhere along our route to stop for the night and this was the perfect place. We booked shortly before arriving, check in was a breeze, the room setup was perfect for us as we have preteens who were able to stay up late in the adjacent room without bothering us. Basic toiletries were provided which made it easier instead of having to unpack and repack everything on a whim since we were just sleeping and getting back on the road again. The room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, we did not stay for breakfast."

"Staff should be mindful of what they say and when they say it…I had previously given this hotel a bad review that they most definitely deserved due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a Staff member. The only reason I gave this hotel another chance was due to the price offered. However, I paid for (2) King Size Beds but was given a room with (2) Queen size beds. I even called the front desk to let them know. I even have pictures of the room to prove it was 2 Queen size beds. No worries tho, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!"
