"The main reason I booked this property was for the view in the balcony but unfortunately it had massive cobwebs and spiders. We booked it for 3 nights and I was planning on spending the mornings there because it had the beautiful lake but unfortunately I couldn’t use it. I asked the reception to have that cleaned during the day when we were gone but unfortunately that was not done. The property was lacking breakfast as well. "It was okay at best. Pretty dirty generally. Examples: sink in room had debris and soap spots, main hallway carpet was flooded (like water appeared on surface when walking), bathroom grout was stained and a bit moldy, small insects throughout room (not an infestation, just a handful of bugs…). Any individual item, on its own, no biggie…but in total, I wouldn’t stay again. It was an old building, so my expectations were modest to start with."

"The web site stated that the pet fee was $50, but when we checked in the fee was stated as being $75. The pet area is mostly dirt and not well maintained. I do not think I would return to this hotel."

"Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup."

"It was a good no-frills experience. On check-in, they advised that bookings by 3rd parties (Expedia) are subject to an additional $5 fee. I advised that I pre-paid for the booking and that there shouldn’t be any additional fees—that’s why I booked through Expedia. They offered a one-time removal of the fee. Other than that brief moment, it was great. Place is clean, Staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty."

"This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not this hotel. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was a gigantic wet spot on the couch in the lobby, as if someone just sat there and urinated. I should’ve just walked out. Our room clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was possibly blood on the wall, a white substance on the comforter, fingernails on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, beard clippings on the counter, dirty and stained...

"The hotel was nice,the bed was so so comfortable and when I laid down I was out like a light in a short time.For the money it was nice The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful."

"Upon arrival to hotel there was an unexpected deposit, there were no amenities available, not even sheets that fit the bed I was give two little sheets to tie together for a bed. There was no coffee pods with the coffee pot, the handicap parking spots were blocked unable to park there with my handicapped parent, the floor was busted up in places the lobby ceiling was leaking bad enough that they had mop buckets and buckets under it. Was told that the room we were getting was brand new, but yet...

"The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful."
