"Beautiful old property but faded grandeur meant it needs a bit of TLC. Our room and bathroom including sheets and towels were very clean but the carpet was stained the radiator was caked in debris and the cupboard needed a clean. The bathroom looked recently updated and was nice. Amazing views from the rear of the hotel. Good parking and convenient for Bradford on Avon and a short journey to Longlete."

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Lorne House. Our room was luxurious, and the bedding was unbelievably comfortable. The thoughtful touches included an assortment of teas and coffees (including decaf), regular and oat milk, plus biscuits right in our room, made it feel extra special. The full breakfast is absolutely incredible, and able to skip lunch, only needed dinner each day. "Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Super clean room and en suite. Breakfast was self serve continental and catered for a variety of dietary requirements. The staff were really friendly. A lovely pub in a quiet area, 15 mins on the bus into Bath centre. Free parking on site. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough.
