We had a big problem casting from our devices to the television to watch some streaming services but the staff was wonderful and took care of it for us by offering us a free glass of wine at the bar and complimentary breakfast. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Charlottesville VA."

"Loved the tea and cookies every afternoon by the fire and Christmas Tree!!! Also love the breakfast!! My favorite was the cottage cheese and peaches! The bed could have been better but other than that it was great and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay!!"

"It was a pretty good stay, a body pillow would’ve made the stay better. Shower pressure was a little low and a hand held shower head would help with the low pressure so you could get the soap off better. It is nice having the complimentary bath supplies. $6 for a bottle of water is a little steep so I didn’t partake of it. I like fancy water but that was a little excessive. I will stay again if needed in Charlottesville it’s a good location and feels pretty safe with the lighting at night. "
