"The only thing I noticed was the aging elevator situation, but it appears that is under renovation, so I'm sure it doesn't need to be called to anyone's attention."

"Great hotel, location is fantastic, on the water and 3 restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is minimal, but expected since it has a full kitchen in the unit. It would have been nice to have a yogurt in the morning since we were only staying one night. A little noisy in the evenings, but to be expected with 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and on the harbor. Lots of outdoor activities near by. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Only drawback was no restaurant/bar. Not far down the road though. However, I was shocked how wonderful it was. Quiet as can be, never seen a room so clean and spacious including an open Bible on the nightstand, owner is super nice, easy to check-in as there’s no staff there and you just grab a key with your name on it out of a box, RV park, too. Has an 18 hole small golf course. TV even allows you to use Netflix, You Tube, Prime, if you have membership. Beds were super comfortable. It...

"I stay for the convienence to friends and have stayed at this Red Roof several times. Pet friendly. Place is clean and well lit. Only downside is that they need to keep up with maintence. I found the toilet seat very worn and missing mount pad. AC units do not seem to remove humidity from the room and settings would not accept what was put in. "

"Staff is always very helpful. Our rooms have always been clean. We've stayed here several times because they are so close to our family, always clean and inexpensive. The only thing I'd warn people of -- and the hotel can't fix it - is the noise from the bar across the parking lot and occasionally from the highway (231). "

"Gym area seemed fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed to be having a good bit of maintenance... repairs.. one elevator was not working. Repairs were being made. The 4th floor... the bath tubs had been re caulked.... so had a heavy smell. One that can get you high. We were on the 4th... asked to be moved to another floor. Which they did. So other than so many things in the works... the hotel and staff were nice. The views were great of the lake. ...

"Had to work on this trip the WiFi was great and when I checked out I was still working they allowed me to keep using the WiFi and finish my work day they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and the surrounding area is beautiful. Gym was great to utilize also!"

"Old coffee filters left in coffee pots of both rooms we rented. Shampoo had be used in one of the rooms. No coffee the next morning in breakfast area. Poor selection of breakfast glad McDonald's is across the parking lot. Left my granddaughters stroller and had to argue with the owner to get it back after we told her the rooms we stayed in. "

"Very clean and safe area to stay. My only complaint is the bottle of hair conditioner was empty. House keeping needs to make sure this is kept up. Other than that, we loved everything about this place "
