Went to a concert at amphitheater which was very close by . Booked a room 2 wks in advance . Easy check in staff was very friendly and helpful Swimming pool was really nice . Granddaughter loved the gym Had a great breakfast . We enjoyed our stay there . Very nice .

A great area where everything is new. While it wasn't important to me to be close to the base, the facilities that i imagine that support the base was very nice. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were very pleasant.

Quick overnight stay

Easy check in after late arrival. Helpful staff. Room was as described. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Water pressure could have been better but would stay again.

I had to ask for a different room. In the first room the furniture was heavily stained. The walls were filthy, carpet was up in certain places. The second room wasn’t as bad but I did not feel clean.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Every was clean and new. Everyone very friendly. Couple minor issues. 2 clothes dryers were not working and no sign on dryers and they new it. Also, no regular coffee available for our room at front desk after housekeeping leaves.

Decent location

Room felt both updated and dated at the same time. It wasn't bad ... but did seem very pricey for what was available. Breakfast was mostly pre-packaged options - cereal boxes, quiches, waffles, bagels, etc all pre-made and individually wrapped. Again, fell a bit short of expectation considering rates. Elevators are obnoxiously loud/clangy each time doors open or close. Outside of that, our stay was quiet which was appreciated.

Fabulous!

My stay was fabulous! I booked this hotel for a small weekend getaway. I wanted a “home” away from home and this hotel did not disappoint. They took the Covid guidelines seriously. I was pleased to see several staff members present and cleaning. Check in was seem-less and I really appreciated the friendliness the clerk displayed. My room was neat, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had an issue with the bedding, but the person at the front desk took care of it immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed the kitchenette and full sized refrigerator. It had no problem storing all of my cooked/prepped meals for the week. Another staff member went above and beyond for me. I needed to print some letters, but the computers at the Business Center were lagging quite a bit. The staff member offered to and even printed the letters for me on the office computer. The free breakfast was as good as it could be considering the circumstances. I also loved the location of the hotel. Everything I needed was within 3-5 miles and easy to get to. University Drive can get pretty crazy, so I liked not being in the middle of the madness. Check out was just as seem-less as check in. I would definitely stay again!

Very secluded hotel during the weekend. Quiet and clean and safe feeling. The staff was great from the check-in to breakfast to check-out. Will definitely use them again when coming to Huntsville.
