"We had a very difficult time checking in because we arrived a few minutes after 10 PM. There was no one available to assist us, and we eventually got hold of them through phony (after many attempts calling them)
I also could not find anyone or locate an office during normal working hours. In fact, I’m not even sure whether they have an actual office on the property.
Unfortunately, the experience did not improve after check-in. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we had a difficult...

"Beautiful property, newer construction. Condo was well equipped with all our needs. Amenities were amazing. Staff was friendly. Canmore was a perfect location, away from the overcrowded downtown Banff area. We would definitely book again."

"良かった点は、設備全体がよく管理されている点です。洗濯機や乾燥機、調理器具、食器などすべて清潔な状態で完備されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。
残念だった点は、窓から美しい山々が（予約ページに記載のとおり）見えるのですが、実際はその手前に交通量の多い道路があり、景観を損ねていた点です。また道路が近いため騒音も気になりました。"

"We were very excited to stay at this condo. There were pros and cons, which I will detail here:
Pros: fantastic location - walking distance to many restaurants, the Main Street, great running / biking routes, easy access to the highway by car, and everything else was walkable in the town of Canmore. The views of the Rocky Mountains are amazing. The condo has lots of potential. All supplies were provided (stocked kitchen, towels, laundry detergent shampoo/conditioner, body wash.
