"We arrived at 12 am in the morning and we couldn’t make the payment through the machine. We had to contact the staff and it took about 15 minutes for the manager to arrive to help us. The vending machine was broken, so we couldn’t get any water. I will not recommend this property."

"Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. "The property itself is beautiful clearly been decorated professionally by a designer. However there is no WiFi and very poor mobile reception resulting in no means of using your mobile in addition there are no Televisions in the rooms or in the communal area so entertainment is very limited. I really think they need to sort this out. That apart the stay was very pleasant "

"This property and their grounds are STUNNING! I have never stayed at a respite like this in my entire life! I’ve traveled the world and must say, besides Giraffe Manor in Kenya, this was the most beautiful accommodations I’ve experienced. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a one of a kind experience. Also, the views of Mont St Michel from their grounds is worth the price of admission! Also, wait til you meet their peafowl mascots."

"Great place to spend a night for exploring Mont Saint Michel. The parking instructions were a little confusing for us so we ended up double paying when we first went to the shuttles, and then went to check at the hotel. The only downside is the lack of AC — this is normal all throughout France but heatwaves are becoming commonplace and it can make for difficult sleeping."

"First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... For a so-called "high-class" hotel,...
