"Chsarming, "rustic elegaance" style boutique hotel. Staff were fantastic and accommodating. I came down for dinner at 9:10 pm but service had closed at 9 pm. The person at the front desk went to the kitchen, came back to ask if i a particular meal was okay and had it delivered to my room. Room was comfortable with a great bed and blackout curtains, and a well appointed bathroom. Minor notes: there was no coffee in the room, only tea, and the A/C "whoosh" sound was louder than I would have liked...

My issue was because I booked 2 separate reservations for 2 nights through Expedia (due to unforeseen circumstances), I was extremely inconvenienced. I called the front desk days ahead of time to make sure my 2 reservations were combined, I was assured it was. I asked the person upon check in for the first night if the 2 reservations were combined - no problem. Then on the second day, I had housekeeping pounding...

"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."
