"Staying at Menlo Park Inn was a great experience for me and my daughter! We were in town for an appointment at Stanford Children's Hospital, which was a quick 10 minute drives to Menlo Park Inn. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and the amenities were great. I really appreciated the fridge, microwave, Nespresso maker, and very cozy robes! We also greatly appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Holiday Inn isn't my go to spot when it Redwood city; however, I'm not going to lie... I was surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were nice, I love that they use dove products for all your grooming needs. I didn't like the positioning of the shower head, i tried to adjust it, but it just didn't work for me. It could have just been user error. lol Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay again! I skipped on the breakfast only because I knew I was eating elsewhere. "

"A gorgeous hotel…we always love staying here! But this time, the shower water pressure was mild, not strong enough to wash ladies’ medium-long hair. All bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels were too rough..they must be new, as they were never like this before. The small hand towels in the Gym are very soft and lovely. The A/C system needs adjusting, since on Low and High it’s super noisy and blows air super high. On Medium it blows almost no air. It wasn’t like this in other hotel sleeping...

"One-hundred-year-old hotel in the heart of Palo Alto, with walking to all the shops, Whole Foods, restaurants and the theater. The rooms are comfortable, the beds very nice, and the staff is terrific. If you don't have a car, it's a perfect location."

"This is not a hotel, it's a motel. And though there are some cute photos in the rooms, it is very basic, a little shabby, and loud due to low sound-proofing. The internet was fine, but not fast enough for a Zoom call."

"Surprised and disappointed that they charged $10 per night to park which they had not done in the past. Street parking is problematic and dangerous. Just be transparent and include it in the charge up front!"
